During check-in, the system identifies the participant via the ID card that was sent to him in advance of the conference. With the ID card, the participant can manage all events he intends to visit.

The cloakroom number of the guest is entered into the system while his luggage is safely stored or transported directly to his hotel room.

Planning the visit
At interactive terminals, the visitor identifies himself with his ID card and can take a look at the seminars or lectures he has chosen to visit. Moreover, it is possible to change a reservation at short notice.

At terminals, the guest can order digital lectures, presentations or workshop documents. These documents are sent to his e-mail address for download.
Payments
With his ID card, the guest can pay meals and drinks as well as fees for special events.
Seat assignment
The assignment of seats is constantly matched to the latest list of participants. Thus, an optimal assignment is guaranteed after every change of reservation or cancellation.
Contacting guests
The lecturer receives a list of all participants of his lecture in order to contact them, e.g. for customer relationship management.
